CSI sponsors educational events and resources including:
Hands On Workshops CSI works with many partners to design and deliver informative, interactive workshops on seafood marketing, handling, processing, etc. Typical participants in these events have included, but are not limited to, seafood harvesters, processors, researchers, chefs, retailers, and wholesalers.

Seafood Classes and Demonstrations CSI works with many partners to design and deliver seafood classes and demonstrations on topics such as handling, preparation, and presentation. Typical participants in these events have included, but are not limited to, home, research, and restaurant chefs, retailers, and wholesalers.

Publications and Resources CSI works with many partners to create and distribute publications and other resources on topics such as direct marketing, cold storage, utilizing new species, etc.
